ThriveAxis® Named a Finalist in Three Categories For the 2026 Stevie® Awards for Women in Business
ThriveAxis®, a leadership development consultancy based in Vancouver, Washington, was named a finalist in all three categories it entered at the 2026 Stevie Awards for Women in Business: Company of the Year (Business Services, 10 or Less Employees), Thought Leadership Campaign of the Year for its People-Forward Leadership platform, and Female Thought Leader of the Year, recognizing founder and CEO Dr. Carol Parker Walsh. Finalists were selected from more than 1,500 nominations across 56 nations based on average scores from more than 190 professional judges.
At least five judges from a panel of more than 190 business professionals worldwide scored every entry, and only entries earning an average score of 8.0 out of 10 advanced to finalist. Gold, Silver, and Bronze placements will be revealed at the awards gala in New York City on November 16.
This global recognition matters to me beyond the honor itself.
We built ThriveAxis® on a simple standard. Leadership development should produce results an organization can measure, and those results should withstand outside scrutiny. That standard is why our client programs carry independent validation from The Brandon Hall Group, why our content earned a Webby honor this year, and why we document outcomes in every engagement.
The Stevie® judges evaluated our work against that same bar, evidence over claims, and I'm grateful it held up three times over.
This recognition belongs to our internal team who make a small firm run like a much bigger one. To the facilitators and coaches who deliver alongside us. And to the client partners who trust us with their leaders and hold us accountable for results. You are the reason there was anything to nominate.
We'll be in New York on November 16 to learn the final placements, and I'll share that news here when we have it. In the meantime, the work continues, which is exactly how we like it.
